Computerized Accounting and Office

The purpose of the Computerized Accounting and Office program is to provide students with the skills necessary to understand and apply the principles of accounting for proprietorships, partnerships and corporations in a computerized office environment.

This 32-week diploma program is instructor-driven, allowing students to navigate quickly through theory and accounting software. Student will learn accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and Payroll. You have the opportunity to learn to operate three computerized accounting software applications including: Simply Accounting, QuickBooks and ACCPAC. You will also learn computer software and spreadsheets for accounting applications.

Students will become members of the Canadian Payroll Association to enroll in the online CPA course. For membership information and to become a member of The Canadian Payroll Association, please complete and submit with payment ($165), their Membership Application Form available at http://www.payroll.ca/
